System 03 / Recovery

Demand Recovery™

Demand Recovery™ is the Recovery system inside HeyJarvis. It identifies unfinished patient intent the practice already spent money, time, or referral effort to acquire, determines what is still actionable using approved Practice Graph™ context, and coordinates re-engagement. The goal is to recoup demand lost between first intent and the chair instead of paying to replace every leaked lead.

01

Find the demand that leaked

Recovery starts with authorized practice lead and communication workflows: missed calls, old website inquiries, abandoned booking paths, cancellations, incomplete follow-up, and other patient-intent states the practice is permitted to use.

The system should distinguish an unfinished opportunity from a patient who should not be contacted or a workflow that requires staff review.

02

Prioritize with current practice context

A six-month-old inquiry is only useful if the practice can still serve the need. Demand Recovery™ can use Practice Graph™ context such as location, services, capacity, scheduling rules, and approved outreach constraints to determine what deserves action now.

03

Re-engage intelligently

Recovery should not mean sending the same blast to every old lead. The intended system uses the known context of the inquiry and the practice's current state to choose the appropriate message, channel, timing, or staff handoff.

04

Prove what came back

ChairProof™ keeps re-engaged, booked, cancelled, no-show, and attended outcomes separate. That lets the practice measure recovered demand independently from newly generated demand.

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers.

What counts as recoverable demand?

Examples can include missed calls, unfinished inquiries, abandoned booking flows, cancellations, and other authorized lead states. The exact sources depend on the practice's systems, permissions, outreach rules, and data quality.

Does Demand Recovery contact every old lead?

No. Recovery should prioritize only leads that are appropriate and permitted to re-engage under the practice's rules, current context, and applicable privacy and communications requirements.

How is Recovery different from new lead generation?

Recovery works on patient intent the practice already acquired. New Visibility work creates or captures new demand. HeyJarvis keeps those sources distinct so the practice can measure both.
