Shared infrastructure / Outcomes

ChairProof™

ChairProof™ is the shared outcome layer underneath HeyJarvis. It keeps clicks, inquiries, appointment requests, confirmed bookings, cancellations, no-shows, recovered leads, and attended first visits separate so Dental Discover™, Patient Runtime™, and Demand Recovery™ can learn from what actually happened. The principle is simple: do not call a lead a patient, and do not call a booking an attended visit.

01

One outcome language across all three systems

Visibility, Concierge, and Recovery create different kinds of upstream signals. ChairProof™ gives them a common downstream vocabulary so a ranking improvement, chatbot conversation, or recovered lead is not mistaken for an attended patient.

02

Attribution with explicit rules

A pilot should define what qualifies as a new patient, which appointment types are eligible, how pre-existing leads are excluded, how recovered demand is categorized, and how attendance is verified.

03

Feed the result back upstream

The value of the outcome layer is not only reporting. Attendance results can inform which discovery sources matter, which patient intents convert, which recovery segments are worth pursuing, and where the practice has capacity.

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers.

What does ChairProof verify?

The intended metric is whether a qualifying patient attended an eligible visit under attribution rules agreed before the pilot.

Is a booked appointment counted as ChairProof?

No. A confirmed booking and an attended visit are separate states.

Does ChairProof prove revenue attribution?

Not automatically. Attendance attribution and revenue attribution are different claims. Revenue or production should only be reported when the required practice data and methodology support it.
