Pricing + pilot

A scoped pilot tied to attended patients.

HeyJarvis uses an outcome-based pilot model for qualifying dental practices: no setup fee, no monthly fee, and an agreed flat fee for each qualifying new patient who attends, subject to a monthly cap. The pilot scope, attribution rules, eligible visits, and any separately approved media spend are defined before launch. No attendance, no outcome fee.

01

Days 0–7: establish the baseline

Confirm the systems and permissions available, define eligible appointment types, review recent acquisition performance, understand staffed capacity, and agree how a qualifying attended new patient will be verified.

Visibility, inquiry, booking, and attendance metrics are separated so a change in one stage is not automatically treated as incremental growth.

02

Days 8–30: launch the first changes

Implement the agreed visibility and conversion work, measure what is observable, and adjust weekly. Paid media is optional and separately approved rather than assumed.

03

Reconcile the outcome

After the attendance window, verify qualifying attended first visits against the agreed rules, reconcile outcome fees, and decide whether to continue, adjust, or stop. The draft pilot has no automatic renewal.

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers.

What counts as a qualifying new patient?

The exact definition is agreed before launch. The intended model excludes existing patients, pre-existing bookings, duplicates, cancellations, and no-shows, and requires a verified attended eligible first visit.

Is ad spend included?

Not automatically. Any paid visibility or media spend should be separately approved so the practice can see service costs and media costs clearly.

What if no new patient attends?

Under the current draft outcome model, no qualifying attended patient means no outcome fee for that patient.
