The founding team / Growth systems & customer development

GTM Engineer

Build the path from a first conversation to a practice that uses Jarvis.

Let’s start a conversation

The opportunity

Combine engineering, experimentation, and direct customer contact to help HeyJarvis reach the right practices. You will work with Avinash to understand how practice owners make decisions, build useful growth systems, and learn what moves a qualified conversation toward a successful pilot. This is a hands-on systems role, not just a content calendar or a volume-outreach target.

HeyJarvis is building a new way for clinicians to work, starting with documentation. Today, it is led by Avinash Sanghavi and being shaped through dental pilots. You would help build the next chapter—not step into an already established department.

What you’ll own

  • Build and connect the tools behind our go-to-market work: CRM workflows, lead research, routing, follow-up, onboarding, and reporting.
  • Use scripts, APIs, and practical automation to remove repetitive work while keeping outreach relevant, respectful, and grounded in accurate information.
  • Talk with dentists, practice owners, and care teams to understand their workflows, buying questions, and the evidence they need to evaluate a pilot.
  • Run focused experiments across messaging, demos, landing pages, and follow-up. Measure qualified conversations, pilot progression, activation, and ongoing use rather than vanity metrics.
  • Help make the product’s value concrete through clear demonstrations and transparent workflow or ROI estimates, without promising unverified savings or clinical outcomes.

What you’ll bring

  • You have built a useful automation, internal tool, or growth workflow and can show how it improved a real process.
  • You are comfortable working with APIs, structured data, spreadsheets, and either code or capable low-code tools. You can debug the system when it breaks.
  • You can write clearly, speak with customers, and translate a technical product into a practical reason to try it.
  • You think in experiments: define the question, instrument the result, inspect what happened, and change direction when the evidence calls for it.

Helpful, not a checklist

Experience with early-stage B2B products, healthcare or dental practices, CRM automation, technical sales, or product-led onboarding would be useful. An unusually effective project can be as informative as a conventional title.

Your early priorities

We’ll shape the exact scope together. These are the kinds of outcomes you would help work toward.

  1. Understand the buyer

Map the first target practices, their decision process, and the questions that prevent a promising conversation from moving forward.

  2. Build a working system

Connect prospect research, outreach, follow-up, and pilot tracking into a simple process the founder can actually use.

  3. Find what earns adoption

Run a focused acquisition or onboarding experiment and document what improved qualified demand or successful pilot use.
